## What it does

The skill handles the day-to-day of Asana: creating and updating tasks, moving them between sections, working with custom fields, due-date reminders, and portfolio reporting. It ships with project templates for a feature launch and a sprint, automation rules such as auto-assigning a task when it lands in the Design section, and intake forms that route requests by type.

Everything runs through the `project-mcp` MCP server and its tools `asana_create_task`, `asana_update_task`, `asana_search`, `asana_sections`. So the server has to be up and wired into your agent before the skill can touch anything. Skip that step and the skill has nowhere to write — worth checking first.

Listed models are `claude-3-opus`, `claude-3-sonnet` and `gpt-4`. There are also workload views with rebalancing suggestions and a Gantt-style timeline config with dependencies and milestones.
