## What it does

The skill covers process, not individual flags. The agent reads the live model catalog, checks the schema for the chosen model and mode, then runs generation with `-o` and a descriptive filename. That order matters because model parameters differ, and guessing them wastes a run.

Images take two routes. Plain text-to-image, or `image-to-image` with a reference that can be a local path or a URL — the CLI uploads files on its own. Multiple references go in as a JSON array via `--param images='["path1","path2"]'`; repeating that flag overwrites instead of appending. Whether a given model accepts several images is a schema question, and when it does not, only the first one is used.

When a prompt cannot describe the edit, annotation takes over: a person marks regions with rectangle, arrow, point or freehand tools, and the labels become the prompt for `image-to-image`. Agent workflows get a non-blocking `--no-wait` session with polling, terminal sessions get the blocking call. You need the `anycap` CLI installed and authenticated, plus internet access.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add anycap-ai/anycap --skill anycap-media-production -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/anycap-media-production/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/anycap-media-production/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add anycap-ai/anycap --skill anycap-media-production -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/anycap-media-production/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add anycap-ai/anycap --skill anycap-media-production -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/anycap-media-production/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install anycap-ai/anycap anycap-media-production
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/anycap-media-production/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add anycap-ai/anycap --skill anycap-media-production -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/anycap-ai/anycap --path skills/anycap-media-production
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/anycap-media-production/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add anycap-ai/anycap --skill anycap-media-production -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills

## When to use it
- generate an image from a text prompt
- restyle an existing photo with image-to-image
- produce video, music or speech from a reference
- mark up edits on an image and turn them into a prompt
- run several rounds of edits with human feedback

## Example prompts
- generate a landing page hero banner with mountains and sunrise, save it as banner-v1.png
- turn photo.png into a watercolor version with image-to-image
- open annotation for banner-v1.png with --no-wait and show me the URL

Covers the full production workflow from concept to delivery across all media types (image, video, music, audio). Use when creating images, videos, music, voice content, dialogue, complete audio scenes, or any visual/audio content -- including iterative refinement with human feedback. Also use for image-to-image transformation, video generation from images, audio generation from references, and annotation-driven precise edits. # AnyCap Media Production

> **Read this entire file before starting.** It covers the full production workflow across image, video, music, and audio -- including iterative refinement with human feedback.

Workflow guide for producing media assets with AnyCap. Covers image, video, music, and audio -- from initial generation through iterative refinement to delivery.

This skill is about **how to produce media**. For CLI command reference and parameters, read the `anycap-cli` skill.

## Prerequisites

AnyCap CLI must be installed and authenticated. Read the `anycap-cli` skill if setup is needed.

## Quick Reference

| Media | Generate | Refine | Typical duration |
|-------|----------|--------|------------------|
| Image | `anycap image generate` | Annotate + image-to-image | 5-30s |
| Video | `anycap video generate` | Re-generate with adjusted params | 30-120s |
| Music | `anycap music generate` | Re-generate with adjusted prompt | 30-90s |
| Audio | `anycap audio generate` | Re-generate with adjusted prompt or references | Model-dependent |

All generation commands follow the same pattern:

```
1. Discover models    anycap {cap} models
2. Check schema       anycap {cap} models <model> schema [--mode <mode>]
3. Generate           anycap {cap} generate --model <model> --prompt "..." -o output.ext
```

Always choose model IDs from the live model catalog and inspect the schema for
