## What it does

The skill covers five parts of wholesale sourcing: finding suppliers, negotiating, tuning MOQ, and analysing margin. It runs in steps. First it pulls the product, marketplace, current situation and goals out of your message. Then it asks one follow-up holding every remaining question, in multiple-choice form, and accepts shorthand answers like "1b 2c 3a". After that it works through the frameworks and methodology baked into the skill.

Output starts with a summary of findings, then specific data points and benchmarks where they exist, then action items in priority order and concrete next steps. Estimates built on incomplete data get flagged with a warning sign. That matters: you can see which numbers rest on facts and which on a guess.

Supported marketplaces are Amazon US, UK, DE, CA, JP, AU and the rest. Install runs through `npx skills add`, and the skill file lands at `~/.claude/skills/amazon-wholesale-sourcing/SKILL.md`. Behind a proxy or a private npm mirror, set that in your environment or npm config rather than on the install line.
