It computes dimensional weight using the formula `L × W × H ÷ 139`, classifies items into size tiers from Small Standard to Special Oversize, and calculates pick-and-pack expenses. It tracks monthly storage fees across seasons, separating standard pricing of $0.87 per cubic foot from January to September and $2.40 from October to December.
