## What it does

The skill pulls reviews for a product or category and sorts them into themes. It looks at the star distribution, splits praise from complaints, and ranks issues by how often they come up and how bad they are. Feature requests and mentions of rival products get their own sections.

Three steps: gather review data through web search and Amazon review mining, score sentiment per product feature, then turn the findings into recommendations. The output is a report with a complaint table, a ranked feature list and a competitive section. Customer quotes come through verbatim, so you can lift them into listing copy.

Analysis runs on the visible review sample, which means trends need historical comparison and competitor intelligence stops at public mentions. Feature prioritisation needs volume validation. The author suggests sampling reviews across rating levels and favouring recent ones. Install goes through `npx skills add`; no API key involved.
