## What it does

The skill works out why a listing keeps losing the Buy Box and sorts the causes by weight. It starts with seller metrics: order defect rate, late shipment rate, cancellations, feedback score, A-to-Z claims and response time. Then it compares your price against other Buy Box eligible sellers and checks the fulfillment method, FBA versus FBM. From there it builds a prioritized action plan.

Three steps run in order: eligibility and current performance assessment, strategy development with competitive positioning, then win-rate tracking and threat monitoring. Output includes a metrics table with Amazon thresholds, a factor breakdown with weights, and a competitor table showing each seller's edge. Handy when several sellers share one listing and it is unclear what is actually missing.

The skill runs on whatever data you hand it — it does not connect to Seller Central itself. Feed it real numbers for ODR, price and stock, or the analysis stays generic. Worth installing if you already sell on Amazon and want to know which factor is dragging you down.
