## What it does

llm-wiki turns incoming material into a linked knowledge base. It keeps original files under `raw/sources/`, writes source notes in `wiki/sources/`, and maintains areas for entities, concepts, queries, and reports. The workflow also updates `index.md` and `log.md`.

The operating rules live in `AGENTS.md` or `CLAUDE.md`: raw files remain unchanged while the agent maintains the wiki layer. URL intake uses `scripts/ingest-url.sh`; query notes can be created with `scripts/new-query-note.sh`. The skill can use `Bash`, `Read`, `Write`, `Edit`, `Glob`, `Grep`, and `WebFetch`. The raw directory must remain the source of truth, or the wiki can drift away from its material.
