## What it does

The skill connects an agent to cryptocurrency exchanges through scripts in `scripts/`. It fetches account balances, open positions, and closed trade history. Supported platforms include Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, Gate.io, HTX, Pionex, and Hyperliquid. Spot pairs use `BTC/USDT` format, while perpetual swaps use `BTC/USDT:USDT`.

Execution relies on `exchange.mjs` and `check-tier.mjs`. Beyond reading account state, the scripts handle internal fund transfers between spot and futures balances. OKX unified accounts share a single balance, making transfers unnecessary. Scripts fail immediately without Node.js installed on the host.

Credentials load from environment variables. Place keys like `BINANCE_API_KEY` or `OKX_API_KEY` in `~/.coinos/.env` or a local `.env` file. The scripts read secrets internally, preventing sensitive API tokens from leaking into agent chat context.
