## What it does

The skill covers the full UGC growth cycle: finding and recruiting creators, writing briefs, analyzing performance. It walks through a four-stage framework—from seeding organic content to scaling proven creatives. You get a marketplace comparison table (Billo, Insense, TikTok Creator Marketplace, JoinBrands, others), rate benchmarks by creator tier, and rules for negotiations.

The second part handles AI content generation. It compares Arcads, Creatify, HeyGen, Argil, and lays out when to pick AI over human creators. The hybrid approach works best: test hook variations on AI first, find winners from performance data, then brief human creators on proven scripts for Spark Ads and whitelisting.
