## What it does

The skill guides a pricing decision among consumption, workflow, and outcome billing. It asks the user to consider the product, buyer, model costs, customer value, and sales motion. It also explains credit-based pricing: credits can represent tasks with different costs, while direct metering can suit a single task type or buyers who want a clear unit price.

It compares pricing approaches for copilots, agents, and AI-enabled services. Copilots are considered through seat-based plans; agents through workflow or outcome charges. Outcome billing depends on a result that can be attributed to the product. When attribution is shared with other tools, the framework points instead to charging for the work performed.
