## What it does

This skill provides workflow architectures for Node.js, Python, Go, and Docker builds. It organizes pipelines into sequential stages: fast linter checks first, followed by unit testing, artifact generation, and deployment gates. It also incorporates DevSecOps patterns, promoting OIDC authentication for AWS instead of static credentials alongside SAST and SCA scanning tools like CodeQL or Semgrep.

To resolve sluggish builds, the guidance focuses on dependency caching via `actions/cache`, path filters, and matrix test sharding. When runs fail, it outlines a systematic debug path using `gh run` inspect commands, debug logging variables, and local step reproduction using `act` or clean Docker containers.

Running the bundled workflow evaluation script `scripts/pipeline_analyzer.py` requires a local Python 3 installation.
