## What it does

This skill handles discovery before any retrieval begins. It executes `ae-cli kb +list` in read-only mode to fetch accessible knowledge bases along with scope and context bindings. Candidates match against current project IDs or space IDs. Explicit user choices take priority over metadata matches.

Selection defaults to a single knowledge base, keeping at most three candidates for sequential checks. The skill stops at discovery. Running retrieval commands like `+read` or `+grep` requires handing off execution to `ae-kb`. Without `ae-cli` available in the environment, candidate discovery cannot run.
