## What it does

Reach for this skill when you ask the agent to draft a tracking plan or an event template. It runs five phases in order: anchor, draft, refine, token, upload. What you get back is a plan created in the AE platform, not a wall of chat text.

Under the hood it drives the `ae-cli tracking` CLI. The draft comes from `ae-cli tracking plan draft`, sign-in from `ae-cli auth login`, upload from `ae-cli tracking plan upload`, deletion from `ae-cli tracking plan delete`. Prefix commands with `AE_LANG=<user_lang>`, and pass `--lang <user_lang>` on upload so the server parses the xlsx with matching sheet and header language. The working draft lives in `draft.json`; the finished file is archived into `plans/`.

Template localization belongs to the CLI through the `src/tracking/i18n` module, not to the model. Translate imported templates by hand and the labels drift from what the server expects. Conflict detection runs before upload, so type mismatches and duplicate events surface there rather than after the fact.
