## What it does

The skill outlines employee-advocacy and founder-led sharing programs in two distinct modes: voluntary opt-in by default or top-down assigned. In assigned mode, the blueprint explicitly flags coercion risks and potential audience distrust. The final deliverable includes an advocate roster specification along with distribution plans for Slack or Microsoft Teams.

A human ships every deliverable. The workflow strictly avoids scheduled auto-posting and automated direct messages. Every share kit enforces mandatory per-person copy variations and staggered posting windows so social platforms do not treat the activity as coordinated pod manipulation. It also generates FTC-compliant material connection disclosures for each participant.

Paid creator campaigns fall outside this skill: commercial collaborations must move to `campaign-planner`. Roster updates pass through `registry-events.py` into `memory/events/channels.ndjson` without persisting raw social handles.

## When to use it
- design a voluntary employee advocacy program structure
- create share kits with required per-person wording variations
- draft regulatory material-connection disclosures for internal advocates
- schedule staggered posting windows to avoid engagement pod flags

## Example prompts
- Design an opt-in employee advocacy program for our 40-person dev-tool company on LinkedIn and Bluesky
- Leadership wants every employee to reshare the launch post Monday 9am. Blueprint it as a program and flag what is wrong with that plan
- Build this week's share kit for our changelog post: 12 opted-in advocates, per-person angles, disclosure lines, staggered windows
