## What it does

The skill audits running campaigns against predefined evaluation thresholds for spend and key metrics. When a creative spends past the limit while missing link click benchmarks or exceeding lead costs, the tool flags it for a shutdown. It pulls analytics from platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads through the Cogny gateway.

Execution relies on the Cogny MCP server and a 9 dollar monthly subscription. Configuration criteria live in YAML files under the `brain/` directory. The command operates through dry-run inspections with `check`, targeted pauses via `apply`, or scheduled pause scripts with `schedule`. Write actions always require explicit consent. Without Cogny configured in `.mcp.json`, the tool exits immediately.
