Turns already-computed influencer campaign metrics into a written report shaped for one audience: executives, a client, the team or a board.

## What it does

The skill takes finished metrics and builds the document around them — data tables, narrative, key learnings, recommendations. The template changes with the reader. Executives get a short summary, clients get results framed around outcomes, the internal team gets a retrospective with next steps.

It does not compute anything. ROI and ROAS have to come from `roi-calculator`, and performance deltas or rankings from `performance-analyzer`. Hand it raw spend and revenue and it routes those inputs to the other two skills first, because otherwise the report ends up with holes. Every metric in the output is paired with a target, benchmark or prior period. Where that context is missing, the line is marked `Unknown` or `NEEDS_INPUT` instead of invented.

By default the report comes back inline in the chat. Saving it to `memory/influencer/report-generator/` needs separate authorization, and so does any send or export. Saved files keep only opaque refs such as `client_ref` and `creator_ref`; real names and contact details are resolved in memory for one named audience and then discarded.

# Report Generator

This skill helps you create professional influencer marketing reports that tell the story of your campaign performance. It adapts content and depth based on the audience.

> **Cross-discipline (paid ads):** this is also the **paid-ads** reporting surface — build exec/client/channel reports from RQS history (`memory/audits/ad/`) and measurement-loop readback verdicts. It presents metrics; it does not compute them (return math stays in [roi-calculator](../roi-calculator/SKILL.md)). Save paid runs under `memory/ad/report-generator/`.

## Quick Start

Shortest invocation:

```
Create a campaign report for [campaign name] for [audience: executive/client/team]
```

Common scenario:

```
Generate an executive summary for our Q3 influencer campaigns
```
