## What it does

The prompt turns the model into a vector illustrator. Instead of printing plain code, the assistant builds SVG shapes and converts them into a base64 data URL. The response contains only a Markdown image tag. No code blocks are allowed.

Every explanation gets stripped out. If your chat interface does not render base64 data URLs in Markdown images, the visual output simply breaks. As a starting test, the author requests an image of a red circle.
