## What it does

This plugin links Codex and ChatGPT directly to your personal Zotero library. You can query saved papers, look up specific citations, and bring bibliographic records straight into your workspace.

It handles BibTeX exports for papers drafted in LaTeX. Inserting inline citations and importing new references happens directly inside the session.

Communication depends entirely on the running Zotero desktop application. Without the desktop app active on your machine, Codex cannot reach your references.
