## What it does

team-collaboration ships in the wshobson/agents collection. It covers the chores that usually land on a team lead: sorting issues, tracking status, running standups and smoothing out everyday developer work.

Install goes through the Claude plugin marketplace. You add the `wshobson/agents` source first, then install the plugin with the `@claude-code-workflows` suffix — drop the suffix and the install won't resolve. The license is MIT, so you can edit the plugin's code.

Codex and Cursor are listed as supported platforms, but install commands are given for Claude only. If you work in one of the others, check how its plugin mechanism picks up this package; testing on a single project first is the safer route.

## When to use it
- pull issue status together before a standup
- lay out team workflows step by step
- assign issues across developers without a chat thread
- keep issue trackers current
- cut the busywork out of daily reports

## Example prompts
- show what the team has in flight and draft a standup summary
- split these issues across owners and priorities
- find the issues that have gone stale
