## What it does

The tdd-workflows plugin sets up test-driven development practices for coding agents. It enforces red-green-refactor cycles, requiring tests before writing implementation code.

The workflow also incorporates code review steps to inspect changes before finishing. Without an existing test runner configured in the workspace, the agent cannot verify test failures or passing suites.
