# singularity-claude

An engine that rates your Claude Code skills after each run, rewrites the weak ones, and locks the good versions in place.

## What it does

Skills in Claude Code normally sit still once written. This plugin wraps them in a loop: run, grade, repair, freeze. A Haiku assessor scores output on five dimensions of 20 points each, then the maturity level moves up from draft to tested to hardened.

Seven skills ship inside, covering creation, scoring, repair, crystallization, review and a dashboard. Two subagents do the grading and the gap hunting after a failed task. Two shell scripts keep the score JSON and the run log, so every decision has a record behind it. Nothing outside Claude Code is needed.

A skill gets crystallized, meaning tagged and locked, only after holding a 90+ average across 5 runs. The repo marks version 0.1.0 as Experimental, so try the loop on a single skill first and watch what the scores say before you hand it your whole library.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Plugin marketplace**
In the agent chat (not a shell):
```text
/plugin marketplace add anthropics/claude-plugins-community
```
In the agent chat (not a shell):
```text
/plugin install singularity-claude@claude-community
```

## When to use it
- grade a skill run against a five-part rubric
- rewrite a skill that keeps scoring low
- tag a proven version so later edits cannot touch it
- spot missing skills by reading failed tasks
- check health and trends across the managed skills

## Example prompts
- Create a skill for building release notes: `/singularity-create`
- Score how the skill handled the last task: `/singularity-score`
- Show me the dashboard for every managed skill: `/singularity-dashboard`

## The Problem

Claude Code skills are **static**. You write them once, and they stay exactly as they are — even when they fail, produce subpar output, or encounter new edge cases. There's no feedback loop, no way to know which skills are working well, and no mechanism to improve them over time.

You end up with a growing pile of skills where some work great, some are mediocre, and some are silently broken. The only way to fix them is manual review.

## The Solution

**singularity-claude** adds a recursive evolution loop to your skills:

Skills are scored after every execution. Low scores trigger automatic repair. High scores lead to crystallization — a locked, battle-tested version you can trust. Every step is logged for full auditability.

**No external dependencies.** No SmythOS, no OpenTelemetry collector, no Docker. Pure Claude Code.
