## What it does

This plugin packages tooling for product managers and strategists into Claude Code. It organizes workflows across eight domains, covering PRD generation, RICE prioritization, INVEST-compliant user story breakdowns, user personas, and 12-dimension competitive matrices. It also provides scaffolds for Next.js landing pages with Tailwind CSS and SaaS boilerplates with auth and payments.

Automation runs on nine Python scripts that rely exclusively on the standard library. These scripts drive five slash commands like `/rice` and `/okr`. Four orchestrated agents coordinate multiple disciplines, linking UX research with UI design systems or strategy with competitive analysis.

You must have Python installed and available in your environment path. Without a working Python interpreter, the bundled CLI utilities cannot execute.

## When to use it
- prioritize backlog features via RICE scoring using a CSV file
- break down sprint requirements into INVEST user stories
- generate CSS or JSON design tokens from a brand hex code
- build a 12-dimension competitive comparison matrix

## Example prompts
- Run `/rice` on `features.csv` with a capacity of 20 to rank backlog items
