## What it does

The plugin adds a set of skills to Claude, grouped by phase: Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver, Measure, Iterate, alongside 11 foundation skills and 12 utility ones. Each skill ships its own instructions, template and sample output, so Claude produces a PRD, a hypothesis or user stories in one consistent format instead of inventing a structure each time.

There are 10 `/workflow-*` orchestrator commands and a `/chain` runner for stringing skills together. Sub-agents and 200+ sample outputs come with it. Skills are invoked by namespaced name, for example `/pm-skills:deliver-prd`.

Every skill starts cold by default: you re-supply the phase, the current initiative and anything a previous skill already produced. On a long-running project that gets tedious, so recording project memory is worth setting up early. Apache 2.0, built to the agentskills.io specification.

## When to use it
- draft a PRD from a fixed template instead of a blank page
- write a hypothesis with clear success criteria
- break a feature into user stories
- run the product cycle through Triple Diamond phases
- chain several skills into one workflow

- Draft a PRD for the onboarding feature with `/pm-skills:deliver-prd`
- Write a hypothesis for the new pricing tier: `/pm-skills:define-hypothesis`
