## What it does

The plugin connects your agent to the Postiz service using its CLI wrapper. It enables Claude Code to inspect connected platforms, pull channel schemas, fetch contextual metadata such as subreddit flairs or video playlists, and prepare scheduled entries across 28+ supported networks.

Unlike setups in some other environments, the Claude Code version functions purely as a skill CLI integration rather than registering an MCP server. Because of this, you must install `npm install -g postiz` globally on your machine. Authentication requires running `postiz auth:login` or defining `POSTIZ_API_KEY`. Without active credentials in your environment, dispatching posts will fail.
