## What it does

This plugin connects Pendo analytics to your Claude session. Ask about an account's health or how many users touched a feature, and the agent pulls the numbers from Pendo instead of guessing.

It also handles session replay: locate a recording for a struggling user and walk through where things broke. Feedback analysis and planning based on actual usage are part of the package too.

A Pendo connector and a Pendo subscription are required. Without the connector there is nothing for the plugin to query, so set up access first.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Plugin marketplace**
In the agent chat (not a shell):
```text
/plugin install pendo-analytics@claude-plugins-official
```
In the agent chat (not a shell):
```text
/plugin marketplace add anthropics/claude-plugins-official
```

## When to use it
- check account health before a client call
- measure how many users a new feature reached
- find a struggling user's session replay and trace the failure
- group feedback on a feature into recurring complaints
- plan next steps from real usage data

## Example prompts
- Show Acme's account health in Pendo and what changed this week
- Find the session replay of a user who failed onboarding and explain where they got stuck
- Pull feedback on the export feature and group the complaints by theme
