## What it does

pdca-framework gives Claude Code a four-stage development routine: Plan covers analysis and a detailed approach, Do follows test-first implementation, Check verifies completeness, and Act records the retrospective. Human and AI responsibilities are kept separate, with STOP gates that require a person to decide whether work can continue.

A marketplace installation adds the standard skill and five phase routers: `/pdca:plan`, `/pdca:do`, `/pdca:check`, `/pdca:act`, and `/pdca:cycle`. A Beads variant adds persistent task tracking, Git-backed memory, and searchable retrospectives; it requires the Beads CLI and MCP server, Go 1.23+, and ICU headers. The manual setup needs the Claude Code CLI and Git, while Windows symlink setup requires Developer Mode.
