## What it does

operating-kit is a Claude plugin that lays out a working method end to end instead of solving one task. It ships four agents: session lifecycle (`session-start` and `session-end`), code review before you ship, deploy with live verification and a state doc update, plus a production log health check.

Every agent uses `{{placeholders}}` that adapt to your project. So you will have to open the plugin files and fill them in — otherwise the steps point at paths and commands that aren't yours. The plugin lists Claude, Codex and Cursor, but install commands are given for Claude only.

Pre-ship review and post-deploy log checks are the two spots where trouble usually surfaces. If you don't have a separate step for updating a state doc, the deploy agent covers that too.
