## What it does

The plugin adds five skills on top of the official monday MCP connector. `daily-briefing` builds a prioritized deal list for the day and saves it as a monday update. `forecast` works out commit, best-case and full pipeline numbers, then drops them into a dashboard. `meeting-to-deal` turns transcripts into deal updates and stage signals. `workspace-builder` stands up a CRM from nothing: boards, columns, stages. `data-cleanup` checks board health and fixes messy records in bulk.

A bundled `.mcp.json` points at the remote monday MCP server. On first use Claude opens a browser for OAuth, so there are no API tokens to manage. Skills then chain the MCP's tools — `get_user_context`, `get_board_items_page`, `create_update` — into multi-step workflows. No CRM board yet? The skill checks your context and routes you to `workspace-builder`.

Each skill runs in one of three modes. Default asks before every write, silent skips confirmations for the skill's main output, proactive takes session-level approval. Deletes never happen: no items, columns, boards or groups get removed. Amount columns are flag-only, never written. That matters if you expect the plugin to clean up a pipeline end to end — some edits still land on you in monday.

## Getting started

After installing, just ask for what you need (e.g. "give me my CRM deal
briefing"). On first use, Claude prompts for OAuth to connect the bundled
`monday` MCP server via your browser — no API tokens to manage. Each skill
verifies the connection (`get_user_context`) and, if you don't have a CRM
board yet, routes you to `workspace-builder` to build one.
