## What it does

management-consulting provides skills for recurring consulting work. It can frame a decision, test competing explanations, build a business case, draft a proposal or statement of work, and plan implementation. Other skills cover pricing, due diligence, organization design, change management, governance, workshops, and project handover.

The package contains 16 skills, including `strategic-analysis`, `financial-modeling`, `proposal-development`, `client-deliverables`, and `project-closeout`. Matching requests load a relevant skill automatically. In Claude Code, you can also call one directly, such as `/management-consulting:strategic-analysis`; the namespace matters for these commands.

The guidance is written in standard Markdown and has no model, connector, or runtime dependency. File creation relies on the host tools, while editable PowerPoint output can use a caller-provided `PptxGenJS` installation. Give the agent the available evidence, audience, and constraints so its draft can separate observed results from forecasts.
