## What it does

The plugin ships 25 skills grouped into six areas: discovery and strategy, delivery, stakeholder alignment, documentation, financial analysis, and operations. Each skill covers one job — drafting a PRD, slicing an epic into shippable parts, running ROI and payback numbers, planning a launch, diagnosing churn with cohort analysis.

The author's premise is that the mechanical part of PM work can be handed to the model while the judgement stays with you. That shows up as a time estimate on every skill, from half an hour for a metrics review to five days for a compressed discovery cycle. Frameworks that assume weeks of manual synthesis don't make the cut here.

Install comes from the Claude marketplace in two commands. There are fallbacks if you'd rather skip it: pull a single `CLAUDE.md` with `curl`, or clone the repo for the full set of guides and templates. Cursor users get a rule file, `product-manager-guidelines.mdc`, copied into `.cursor/rules`.

## When to use it

- produce a document that forces a stakeholder decision
- trace a retention drop through cohort analysis
