## What it does

This plugin sets up a PRD-driven workflow for Claude Code across three loops: foundation research, decomposition into task briefs, and execution. It coordinates planning interviews, validates task briefs against the existing codebase, and pushes code via pull requests.

Above standard Claude Code primitives, the harness introduces branch identity checks, wave-ordered parallel execution, and model complexity routing. It also handles Git state reconciliation after crashes and catches semantic loops when an agent gets stuck.

Without Git 2.5+ and an authenticated GitHub CLI session via `gh auth login`, the workflow cannot create branches or pull requests. Running multiple orchestrations across separate feature branches risks worktree collisions, making sequential execution the safer path.
