## What it does

This plugin bundles 93 skills and 63 slash commands covering product lifecycles into Claude Code. Instead of writing ad hoc prompts, teams run structured workflows. A typical sequence moves from `/discover` and `/strategy` straight into `/write-prd`, user stories, and launch planning.

The workflows address distinct personas. Traditional PMs can draft specifications and sprint plans, while AI specialists use `/ai-feature-launch` and `/ai-model-eval` to assess model safety and privacy policies. Builders get dedicated commands like `/plan-prototype` to define minimal viable product scopes.

Running these commands in Claude Code requires connecting the community marketplace first. Outside Claude Code, the underlying engine connects to supported clients through `npx -y ai-pm-skills-mcp`.
