## What it does

The plugin organizes exercise work into four phases: outline, repository setup, review, and release preparation. You can agree on learning goals and steps before generating repository materials such as a README, numbered instructions, workflows, and validation guidance. One orchestrator, `@github-skills-orchestrator`, coordinates the process with five skills.

The orchestrator pauses for approval between build and review rounds, and requires explicit authorization before publication. The review skill reports findings and stops before making fixes, while the orchestrator still has editing tools. Its review of its own work is not independent, so arrange a separate reviewer when that matters.

Install through Copilot CLI with `copilot plugin install gh-skills-builder@awesome-copilot`.
