## What it does

The plugin gives Claude a working reference for German law aimed at small and mid-sized businesses. Twelve practice areas are covered, from contract and employment law to data protection, company law, tax, property, competition, consumer matters and civil procedure. Citations point at a named statute and a paragraph — BGB, KSchG, DSGVO, GmbHG, UStG — down to the Absatz and Nummer.

Seven slash commands handle the routine work. `/review-vertrag` checks a contract, `/check-agb` tests standard terms against §§305–310 BGB, `/check-kuendigung` works through notice periods and dismissal protection under KSchG, `/check-dsgvo` runs a DSGVO and BDSG check, `/calculate-fees` derives court and attorney fees from the Streitwert, `/calculate-tax` covers GewSt, GrESt, ESt and KSt, and `/check-fristen` tracks deadlines and limitation periods. Other calculators sit inside the skills: minimum wage, Kurzarbeitergeld, social selection, the transparency register, insolvency filing deadlines.

One thing to keep in mind: the plugin produces legal information, not advice in the sense of § 2 Abs. 1 RDG, and every skill carries that disclaimer. Where the 16 Bundesländer diverge, a federalism warning flags it, so answers for a specific state need a second look. MCP servers for Slack, Box, MS365, DATEV and DocuSign are configured in `.mcp.json` if you want them — that step is optional.

## When to use it
