Instead of trusting green tests alone, it reads the change and looks for what tests miss: security holes, broken logic, plain bugs. The gate is meant to be mandatory. You run the review, and only then does the change move on. That flips the usual habit — check first, `git commit` second. It comes from the `claude-community` marketplace.
