## What it does

executive-mentor gives founders and executives an adversarial partner for decision work. It probes plans for weak points, helps prepare for board meetings, supports hard calls, and structures postmortems.

The plugin contains five sub-skills exposed through slash commands. Claude Code is required because this plugin targets that platform. Install it through the Claude Code marketplace, then add the plugin with the separate install command.
