## What it does

Each skill is a single `SKILL.md` file holding a structured prompt. The model asks questions tied to one framework, looks for patterns and contradictions, and returns written output. The set covers VRIO, Wardley Mapping, Playing to Win, Pre-Mortem and others. Every skill ships with three modes: Diagnostic for a long first pass, Review for a periodic check, and Alert Triggers for warning signs between sessions.

Skills read and update one shared `company-context.md`, so strategic context builds up over time. An orchestrator file `STRATEGY.md` coordinates them, and `strategy-diagnostic` acts as the entry point — it decides which frameworks fit your situation.

Claude Code is not the only home for these. The `npx skills add eterdis/strategy-skills` command drops them into Cursor, Codex, Copilot and other agents; in ChatGPT or Gemini you paste the contents of `SKILL.md` as a system prompt. CC BY 4.0 allows commercial use with attribution to Eterdis AS. Treat the output as a thinking aid, not professional advice — the decisions stay yours.
