## What it does

coordinator-claude adds an engineering-management layer above Claude Code. It turns product intent into scoped plans, sends work to subagents, and routes reviews through personas such as staff engineering, UX, front-end, and data science. Session routines cover orientation, planning, review, handoffs, and daily work.

Version v4 uses 87 Python hook scripts connected to 42 registered hook entries across nine lifecycle events. These checks can route unsized work, react to saved state, and catch delegation failures. The executable engine lives in the separate `claude-klabauter` repository and is a hard dependency, so the plugin does not provide its full v4 behavior without it.
