## What it does

The plugin covers three things: code cleanup, refactoring automation and technical debt management. Context restoration is part of the set too, which helps when you return to a section you have not touched in a while.

Install it from the `wshobson/agents` marketplace as `code-refactoring@claude-code-workflows`. The author is Seth Hobson, the license is MIT. Besides Claude, the plugin is listed for Claude and Cursor.

Technical debt piles up quietly, so automation here is not a luxury. If a project is already buried in dead code and duplicates, the plugin gives your agent a ready workflow instead of hand-holding.

## When to use it
