## What it does

Standard models frequently miscalculate reservation break-even thresholds and confuse AWS commitment models with Azure reservation rules. This plugin provides 21 curated documents directly inside Claude Code. It covers billing structures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, including FOCUS 1.2 exports and BigQuery billing schemas.

Beyond basic infrastructure, the documentation targets AI inference spend across Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Azure OpenAI, alongside data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks. The files incorporate FinOps Framework standards, contractual rules such as Azure EA-to-MCA transitions, and ITAM guidelines. Updates arrive bi-monthly.

The plugin delivers knowledge files directly into context without executable tooling. Running the six interactive lookup utilities requires configuring the external MCP connector separately.
