## What it does

claude-seo-skill adds 13 slash commands to Claude Code for SEO and AEO work. You can create a client profile, inspect a site’s technical health, score a page from 0 to 100, research keywords, and map related terms. Other commands generate JSON-LD, plan Google Business Profile posts, review competitor backlinks, and prepare monthly reports.

The plugin also checks whether a brand appears in Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, or ChatGPT. `/enhance-aeo` gathers questions from Google PAA, Reddit, and Quora, tests brand visibility, and builds a priority plan. Client profiles make the command set usable across multiple accounts.

Website-reading commands rely on `firecrawl-cli`. Install it with `npm install -g firecrawl-cli`, then run `firecrawl login --browser`. Without that login, commands that inspect a site cannot read its pages.
