## What it does

Claude Code clears its context between runs, losing architectural choices, bug resolutions, and task progress. This plugin records dialogue transcripts, plan files, and task states inside a local SQLite database. Search runs via local FastEmbed 384-dimensional embeddings and an HNSW vector index, returning matches in under a millisecond without querying remote engines.

The tool is packaged as a single 44MB Rust binary with zero external dependencies. It sets up 6 session lifecycle hooks alongside 15 MCP tools, including `csr_code_graph` to map code symbols back to relevant chat discussions. An AST parser provides code-aware indexing for 6 programming languages.

Everything executes locally on your machine. You do not need Docker containers or external database servers.
