## What it does

This plugin provides two utilities to maintain project guidelines in `CLAUDE.md`. The `claude-md-improver` skill audits documentation against the current codebase state. It scores documentation quality and recommends specific updates during periodic maintenance.

The `/revise-claude-md` command handles the end of a session. When working reveals missing instructions or undocumented steps, the command captures those insights directly into `CLAUDE.md`.

Both tools focus strictly on `CLAUDE.md` files. If the session uncovered no new project rules, the command has nothing to write.
