## What it does

Three things live here: pipeline configuration, GitHub Actions and GitLab CI workflow setup, and orchestration of automated deployments. The agent handles the config grind you'd otherwise edit by hand and test with a push.

It ships as a set of agents from the `wshobson/agents` repository, packaged in the `claude-code-workflows` marketplace. Two commands and you're done. MIT license, so pulling the configs into a closed-source project is fine.

Install goes through the marketplace: add the source first, then the plugin itself. Behind a proxy or a private mirror? Set that in your environment or the tool's config file, not as flags on the install line.

## Requirements
- Works with: GitLab

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Plugin marketplace**
In the agent chat (not a shell):
```text
/plugin marketplace add wshobson/agents
```
In the agent chat (not a shell):
```text
/plugin install cicd-automation@claude-code-workflows
```

## When to use it
- write a GitHub Actions workflow from scratch
- port a pipeline over to GitLab CI
- spell out the steps of an automated deploy
- split build, test and release into stages
- repair a pipeline config that keeps failing

## Example prompts
- Set up a CI/CD pipeline for this project on GitHub Actions
- Build a GitLab CI workflow: build, test, deploy
- Describe the automated deploy that runs after tests pass
