## What it does

The plugin ships seven skills, each tied to one part of the Azure SDK for Rust: `azure-identity-rust` for authentication, three separate Key Vault skills for certificates, keys and secrets, `azure-storage-blob-rust` for Blob Storage, `azure-cosmos-rust` for Cosmos DB and `azure-eventhub-rust` for Event Hubs. The agent picks the right one when a task touches that service.

Install runs through the plugin marketplace: add the `microsoft/skills` repository, then install the plugin itself. There is a second route — `npx skills add microsoft/skills --skill azure-sdk-rust`. MIT licensed, so you can adapt the skills to your own project.

These skills carry patterns and practices, not dependencies. Your agent still adds the Azure SDK crates and project setup to `Cargo.toml`, so check that the versions line up with what your workspace already pins — otherwise the build breaks.
