## What it does

This plugin drops a skill into Claude that reads API specifications and builds an Aomi app out of them. You get a Rust SDK crate with `lib.rs`, `client.rs` and `tool.rs`, along with tool schemas, preambles, host-interop flows and validation steps. The finished app is loaded into the Aomi runtime and shows up as tools the agent can call on its own.

The skill ships a main `SKILL.md`, a `.claude-plugin/plugin.json` manifest, Codex and OpenAI host metadata in `agents/openai.yaml`, and references covering canonical SDK patterns and the translation of specs into tool schemas. Where a callable surface exists, it favours a real product integration over a docs-only helper.

Apps target crypto trading. The runtime handles native on-chain actions, so an app usually wraps the off-chain side: CEXes, DEX aggregators, prediction markets, perp venues, oracles, social and on-chain analytics. Installation goes through the plugin marketplace, so cloning the repository by hand is not required.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Plugin marketplace**
In the agent chat (not a shell):
```text
/plugin marketplace add anthropics/claude-plugins-community
```
In the agent chat (not a shell):
```text
/plugin install aomi-build@claude-community
```

## When to use it
- turn an OpenAPI spec into an Aomi app
- map REST endpoints onto tool schemas
- convert an SDK README into an agent tool surface
- wrap an off-chain crypto API for the Aomi runtime
- validate a generated crate before loading it into the runtime

## Example prompts
- Use aomi-build to turn this OpenAPI spec into an Aomi app
- Build an Aomi plugin from these REST endpoints
- Convert this SDK README into an Aomi tool surface

# aomi-build

Build [Aomi](https://aomi.dev) apps and plugins from API docs, OpenAPI/Swagger specs, SDK docs, runtime interfaces, and product requirements. Scaffolds Rust SDK crates with `lib.rs`, `client.rs`, and `tool.rs`, plus tool schemas, preambles, host-interop flows, and validation steps.

## What is this?

A drop-in Agent Skill for Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, VS Code Copilot, OpenAI Codex, and any [Agent Skills](https://agentskills.io)–compatible AI tool. The skill turns specs into Aomi SDK apps that the Aomi backend can serve as agent-callable tools.

## Installation

```bash
git clone https://github.com/aomi-labs/skills
cp -r skills/aomi-build ~/.claude/skills/
```

For other hosts, replace `~/.claude/skills/` with the appropriate skills dir.

## Usage

Once installed, ask your agent:

- *"Use aomi-build to turn this OpenAPI spec into an Aomi app."*
- *"Build an Aomi plugin from these REST endpoints."*
- *"Convert this SDK README into an Aomi tool surface."*

The skill prefers real product integrations over docs-only helpers whenever a callable surface exists.
