## What it does

The plugin drops a large scaffold into your repo: 59 skills, 33 subagents and 41 slash commands. Skills cover test-first work, code review, security auditing, ML pipelines, infrastructure as code and technical debt. The subagents stay narrow — `planner` splits a feature into phases, `code-reviewer` reads diffs, `security-reviewer` checks auth and secrets, `ml-engineer` handles RAG and model training.

There is more than prompts here. Lifecycle hooks fire on session and tool events, rules target Python, TypeScript and web work, JSON schemas validate output, and install scripts sit alongside manifests for several harnesses. Claude picks it up through `.claude-plugin/`.

All those skills and agents get described in the prompt, so on a small repo the kit adds noise. Put it on a codebase that actually has reviews, tests and a deploy step. Without those, a good part of the set has nothing to act on.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Plugin marketplace**
In the agent chat (not a shell):
```text
/plugin marketplace add anthropics/claude-plugins-community
```
In the agent chat (not a shell):
```text
/plugin install ai-dev-kit@claude-community
```

## When to use it
- split a big feature into mergeable phases
- run a diff past review for regressions
- check auth flows and leaked secrets
- wire up a RAG pipeline and model evals
- find test coverage gaps and stale dependencies

## Example prompts
- Break this feature into phases with the `planner` subagent and show the plan
- Review the current diff with `code-reviewer` and list regressions
- Check the schema and migrations with `database-reviewer`
