## What it does

This plugin brings agentic commerce domain knowledge directly into Claude Code. It contains specialized agents and instructions for protocols such as Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP), Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP), Agent Payments Protocol (AP2), and Agent-to-Agent communication (A2A). It also covers open-source platform development for Magento 2.

The included `commerce-readiness` module contains diagnostic scripts written in standard Python. These probes inspect online storefronts across multiple areas: bot reachability, JSON-LD catalog markup, checkout APIs, and payment interfaces. Results are saved into `READINESS.md` and `score.json` files alongside recommendations on which skills solve specific issues.

Background hooks watch code modifications to intercept leaked payment secrets or credentials before they reach disk. When running readiness checks with the optional `--deep` flag, the probes issue actual POST requests against checkout endpoints.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Plugin marketplace**
In the agent chat (not a shell):
```text
/plugin marketplace add anthropics/claude-plugins-community
```
In the agent chat (not a shell):
```text
/plugin install agentic-commerce@claude-community
```

## When to use it
- audit storefront readiness for autonomous purchasing agents
- implement checkout flows using UCP and ACP specifications
- configure cryptographic mandate verification with AP2
- intercept exposed payment credentials during code generation

## Example prompts
- Run readiness_audit.py against our staging store and inspect the generated report
- Set up an ACP checkout session handler with delegated payment tokens
- Implement AP2 cart mandate verification for autonomous purchases

# Agentic Commerce Skills & Plugins — Claude, Gemini, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity, OpenClaw

[![skills.sh](https://skills.sh/b/orcaqubits/agentic-commerce-skills-plugins)](https://skills.sh/orcaqubits/agentic-commerce-skills-plugins)

This repository contains agentic commerce plugins and skills for **AI coding assistants** — the emerging ecosystem where AI agents negotiate, purchase, and fulfill transactions on behalf of users. These plugins provide expert subagents, skills, and lifecycle hooks for the major protocols and platforms shaping this space.

**One-line install via skills.sh** (Vercel's universal agent-skills CLI, supports 56+ agents including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, OpenClaw, Antigravity):

```bash
npx skills add orcaqubits/agentic-commerce-skills-plugins
```

Built natively for Claude Code, with cross-platform conversion support for Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex CLI, Cursor, Antigravity/Windsurf, and OpenClaw. Each plugin provides deep conceptual knowledge of a commerce protocol or platform, while always fetching the latest specification and SDK documentation before writing implementation code.

Learn more about Claude Code plugins in the [official plugins documentation](https://code.claude.com/docs/en/plugins). For other platforms, see [Multi-Platform Support](#multi-platform-support).

## Start Here: Am I Agent-Ready?

Before implementing any protocol, measure where you stand. The
[commerce-readiness](./commerce-readiness) plugin ships **executable,
zero-dependency Python probes** that score any live site on the six layers
of agentic commerce readiness — and map every gap to the skill in this
repo that closes it:

```bash
python commerce-readiness/scripts/readiness_audit.py https://your-store.com --out report/
```

| Module | Question |
|--------|----------|
| r1 Reachable | Can an agent's fetcher get past your WAF at all? |
| r2 Discoverable | Can it find your UCP / ACP / A2A discovery docs, llms.txt, feed? |
| r3 Comprehensible | Does your product page carry JSON-LD an agent can price from? |
| r4 Transactable | Do your checkout surfaces (ACP, UCP, MCP, NLWeb) answer? |
| r5 Payable | Payment handlers, delegated payment, AP2 mandates, HTTP 402? |
| r6 Trustworthy | OAuth discovery, webhook signing keys, TLS, structured errors? |

The report's **"Your gaps → the skills that close them"** table is the map
into the rest of this marketplace: the audit finds the gap, the protocol or
platform plugin implements the fix, the probe re-run proves it closed.
