## What it does

agentforce-adlc gives Claude Code three skills for working with Agentforce agents. `agentforce-generate` creates an `.agent` file with topics, actions, variables, and deterministic logic. It checks a Salesforce org for required Flow, Apex, and Retriever targets, scaffolds missing resources, then validates, publishes, and activates the agent.

\`agentforce-test` runs preview sessions, batch checks, and individual actions while examining their traces. `agentforce-observe` reads STDM session data from Data Cloud, spots routing and action issues, reproduces failures, and applies changes to the `.agent` file. Safety reviews and gates are part of the workflow. Python 3.9+, Salesforce CLI `sf` v2.x, and a Salesforce org with Agentforce enabled are required.

## When to use it
- create an Agentforce `.agent` file
- check Flow, Apex, and Retriever targets in an org
- deploy and activate an agent
- run preview and batch tests
- inspect STDM traces for routing failures

## Example prompts
- Run `/agentforce-adlc:agentforce-generate` to create a service agent in `OrderService.agent` and deploy it to `my-org`.
- Use `/agentforce-adlc:agentforce-test` to check `OrderService` in `my-org` with order-status and return requests.
- Run `/agentforce-adlc:agentforce-observe` on recent `OrderService` sessions in `my-org` and fix routing problems.
