# 16minds

16minds gives Claude Code distinct personality prompts for debate, review, decisions, and writing. Use it when you want contrasting perspectives on a question or draft.

## What it does

Ask one persona for feedback, set two against each other, or bring several together to compare their views. The `/mind`, `/pair`, `/minds`, and `/cast` commands cover reviews and discussions; `light`, `middle`, and `heavy` control how far an exchange goes. `voice-decide` picks among options, `voice-vote` collects positions, and `voice-ask` responds with questions rather than advice.

For writing, `voice-write` can draft or revise in a chosen persona’s style, or select one with `--auto`. Its available formats include `article`, `essay`, `post`, and `reply`. The personas are prompt-based perspectives, not psychological assessments or evidence of anyone’s abilities. Review consequential decisions and external-facing copy yourself.

In Claude Code, commands use the `/16-minds:` namespace. The plugin needs no extra external API key, though your client’s account terms, model settings, and usage limits still apply.

- get one persona’s review of an idea
- rewrite a draft in a chosen voice
- collect votes for or against a proposal

- Debate whether to keep the monolith: `/16-minds:pair istj entp --mode=heavy`
- Rewrite this draft as a post in the `infj` voice: `/16-minds:voice-write infj --rewrite --format=post`
- Collect votes on reducing weekly meetings: `/16-minds:voice-vote`

Copilot用は文章機能のみです。導入経路の注意点、更新・削除、ローカル開発時の読み込みは各ガイドを参照してください。追加の外部APIキーは不要ですが、各クライアントの利用契約・モデル設定・利用量制限に従います。

## 議論・レビューのコマンド

以下はClaude Codeのplugin名付き呼び出し例です。4つのコマンドはいずれも`--mode=light|middle|heavy`に対応します。既定は`middle`。短く確認するなら`light`、掘り下げるなら`heavy`を使います。

### /mind

### /minds

- `--types=a,b,...`で参加者を指定。`--n=N`は、タイプ未指定時に一覧の先頭から人数を制限します。
- `--save`で結果を`Outputs/<timestamp>-minds-<mode>.md`に保存。`--out=<path>`なら保存先も指定できます。

### /cast

お題に応じて少人数の人格を選び、議論させます。誰を呼ぶか迷うときに。[引数・詳細](commands/cast.md)

`--n`で人数を指定し、`--show`で選抜の根拠を表示します。文章の書き手を選ぶ場合は、次の`voice-write --auto`を使ってください。
